Dublin Horse Show
The Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ at the Dublin Horse Show is the one of highlights of the Irish summer and runs annually for five days, usually in August. Currently preparations for the 2020 Dublin Horse Show, July 15-19 are continuing, but the RDS is monitoring all developments in relation to COVID-19. We are adhering to the advice of the Irish Government and HSE in relation to the necessary precautions. As the situation changes over the coming weeks, we will be in a better position to update equestrian and trade exhibitors and the public in relation to the Show and its qualifiers.
Considered one of the top equestrian events in the world, the Show is the pinnacle event for the €700 million indigenous Irish sport horse industry and a major draw for international equestrian competitors. The Show boasts one of the largest prize funds of any international equestrian event of over €1.2 million. Every year as part of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ Series, the RDS awards the fabled Aga Khan Trophy, which was first presented in 1926.
For generations the Dublin Horse Show has been synonymous with the height of summer; people come for the equestrian competition, to socialise, to shop, to eat, to see and be seen; to have a truly unique experience that only the Dublin Horse Show can provide.
