Our Capacity and Flexibility
We have 22,000 square metres of scalable floor space and facilities for up to 30,000 delegates per day. We can create tailored experiences for our clients from the hush and formality of private board room to the high-energy buzz of international conferences. We offer spaces for intimate meetings, plenary sessions, breakout rooms and catering. And at night, our expert team can even transform your plenary room into a spectacular gala dinner venue in just a few hours.

The RDS Conference Village is a partnership between the RDS Venue and local accommodation providers and forms a key part of our service to our conference clients. It means that, along with capacity, flexibility and accessibility clients get access to over 1,500 bedrooms all within 5km of the RDS Venue.
